Description
OFFICIAL K.O.M. LEAGUE SIGNED BASEBALL.
The Kansas-Oklahoma-Missouri League was founded after World War II & ran from 1946 through 1952 as a Class D Operation.
This ball is from the Pittsburg Browns (location in Pittsburg, KS).The Pittsburg Browns was an affiliation of the St. Louis Browns
The President was E.L. Dale & the Manager was Bill Enos. Both of their signatures are on the ball along with the team members.
We cannot authenticate the signatures, but the person that we obtained the ball from, said that several of the players roomed with his aunt & they gave her the ball after all the players signed it.
The ball is stamped Rawlings, Official K-O-M League, R O Cushioned Cork Center.
The ball has E.L. Dale Pres. on it that could be a stamp, but not sure. All the other signatures are in blue ink & does look like they are authentic, but we cannot prove this.
It has been kept in the Rawlings display case & is in excellent condition.
